Infringement Policy
You agree that you shall not infringe on copyrighted works of Friends of Jacob Floam
If you are determined to be a repeat infringer, your access to the Sites may be terminated, in the sole discretion of Friends of Jacob Floam in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. A user may have their access to the Sites terminated or limited for any infringement on the intellectual property rights of others, even if they are not a repeat infringer.
Complaints

Friends of Jacob Floam takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any User Content posted, stored or uploaded by you or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is Friends of Jacob Floam liable for any mistakes, defamation, slander, libel, omissions, falsehoods, obscenity, pornography or profanity you may encounter. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Friends of Jacob Floam, its independent contractors, service providers and consultants, and their respective agents, directors, employees, from and against, any claims, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses, (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to any user content you post, store, or otherwise transmit on or through the Sites, your use of the interactive areas, or any act or omission relating to the Sites or the user content, including, without limitation, any actual or threatened suit, demand or claim made against Friends of Jacob Floam and/or its independent contractors, service providers and consultants, arising out of or relating to user content, your conduct, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

Applicable Law and Venue
The Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin (without respect to principles of conflicts of law), and the Parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of and venue in the State of Wisconsin in any legal proceeding necessary to interpret or enforce these Terms and Conditions or any part of the Terms and Conditions. You agree that any action in connection with these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Sites shall be filed only in state and federal courts located in Wisconsin.
Termination
Friends of Jacob Floam reserves the right to terminate your ability to use the Sites and to block or prevent you from accessing to the Sites. Friends of Jacob Floam may do so in its sole discretion and without notification to you Although, Friends of Jacob Floam, may terminate your ability to use the Sites, relevant portions of the Terms and Conditions shall survive such termination, including but not limited to Limitation of Liability and Indemnification.
No Waiver
In the event that Friends of Jacob Floam fails to enforce a provision or right under these Terms and Conditions, that failure shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or right. A failure to respond to a breach of this agreement also does not constitute a waiver of this agreement or individual provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
Severability Clause
If any provision or portion of a provision herein is deemed unlawful, unenforceable, or void for any reason, then that provision shall be severed from Terms and Conditions. All other provisions shall remain valid, binding, and fully enforceable.
Donation Policies
When you make a contribution to Friends of Jacob Floam, Wisconsin law requires us to obtain the following information: name, mailing address, employer, occupation, and amount of contribution. Wisconsin law requires us to report this information to the Wisconsin Elections Commission if an individual’s contribution or contributions aggregate in excess of $10 in a single calendar year. Contributions from corporations, government contractors, and foreign nationals without a “green card” are prohibited.

Under Wisconsin law, we are required to publicly disclose this information to the Wisconsin Ethics Commission for all donor who exceed certain thresholds. Credit card information provided is utilized only to process your contribution. Friends of Jacob Floam does not retain credit card information once the online contribution is processed.
Friends of Jacob Floam may share information that has been voluntarily provided with like-minded organizations and candidates.
